Availability & Booking

How can I check studio availability?
View our current availability and book directly through our online booking calendar. Available dates and times are shown when you select your rental rate.

Do I need to create an account to book?
No. An account is not required to reserve studio time.

Can I reserve more than one hour?
Yes. Studio rentals are booked in one-hour increments. You may select additional consecutive times when available.

Pricing

What are your studio rental rates?
General Public — $30/hour
Nonprofit Organizations — $20/hour
Active Casa Triana Students — $15/hour

Discounted rates are subject to eligibility verification.

Studio & Amenities

What is included with the rental?
The studio includes professional dance flooring, mirrors, and access to the studio's available sound equipment and amenities.

Can I use flamenco shoes in the studio?
Yes. Our flooring is suitable for flamenco and dance use. Renters are responsible for following our footwear and floor-care policies.

Is there a changing area?
Yes. A changing area is available for dancers and renters.

Studio Use

What can I use the studio for?
The space may be rented for dance rehearsals, individual practice, music rehearsals, and other approved creative uses. If you're planning a class, event, photo/video shoot, or another type of activity, please contact us if you're unsure whether your use is appropriate.

How many people can use the studio?
Capacity depends on the activity and intended use of the space. Please include the expected number of participants when booking.

Cancellations & Policies

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation. With at least 24 hours' notice, your rental may be rescheduled or credited toward a future studio rental. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

Do I need to sign a rental agreement?
Yes. All renters must review and accept Casa Triana Flamenco's Studio Rental Agreement when booking.

What happens if the studio or equipment is damaged?
The person making the reservation is responsible for the conduct of their participants and guests and for damage caused during the rental beyond normal wear and tear.
