Marina Claudio

She has studied flamenco dance with Maria Gitana, Michelle Nascimento, Wendy Clinard, Paloma Gomez, David Romero, Miguel Vargas, Chiara Mangiameli and Claudia Pizarro-Saume and has performed in shows and showcases of their respective choreographies. She was a dancer with Studio Mangiameli from 2011-2016. She has also studied with various faculty and visiting guest artists at the Albuquerque International Flamenco Festival. To enhance her dance skills, she also studied flamenco vocal technique with renowned flamenco guitarist, singer and dancer Marija Temo.  For Marina, flamenco is an intense and challenging art form that helps to balance her work as a physician.
