Leticia Toledo
A proud Puerto Rican of Spanish descent. Deeply drawn to flamenco for many years, she began taking classes at the Old Town School of Folk Music at the age of 57. She still recalls her teacher saying, “Flamenco is not for the faint of heart” — a sentiment that only fueled her determination.
Now, nearly 69 years old, she continues to study flamenco with passion and dedication, and hopes to keep dancing for as long as she can. ¡Olé!
